TheatreWorks Information » What To Wear
We currently provide a Big Red Curtain Polo Shirt included in our fees, we reccommend wearing leggings or tracksuit/training bottoms, we don't have a strict uniform policy where you have to buy all branded merchandise that some other schools insist upon instead we provide a polo shirt and reccommend comfortable flexible bottoms (preferably black) the only time we insist upon wearing black bottoms and our uniform top is for LAMDA examinations as it is important to look part of the group and because costumes are not allowed uniform is the best way of doing this. We will be providing our students with a new style top from September 2009 which will be available to look at on this page soon.
Footwear, generally speaking trainers are the most favoured type of footwear although specialist dance shoes and dance trainers can also be worn.
If you are coming for an open-day session we would reccommend wearing comfortable flexible clothes that you can move easily in avoid wearing jeans if possible as they are hard to stretch and move in. Trainers are probably the best form of footwear for the open day session.
